Its peculiarity: Rich in 10 beautiful vintage “cuvees” of Pinot Noir with a hint of Chardonnay.

On the nose: You’ll be invited to breathe fully its aromas of fresh figs and medlar tree!

Taste in mouth: Leave on the palate to explore aromas of white fruit purée, creamy apple pie to eventually reach notes of tangy raspberries!

Food Pairing: As an “aperitif” for all kinds of occasions. Best served with poultry: veal stew and osso-bucco.

Well paired with cheeses: Soumaintrain ou Epoisses. Emotional Response: A lot of elegance and poetry in this Champagne.
