Thanks to technical evolution, Sylvère MASSIN, has had his wines grown and refined in thermo-regulated vats which allow good control of the fermentation process and mostly a great preservation of the aromas.
Nevertheless, to him, the wine quality is first generated by a demanding choice of grape-varieties and root stocks, the agricultural methods used for the vines and the soil, the attention and care given to grape-picking and finally the subtle blending of ’cuvées’ which have been strictly selected.
