60% Chardonnay - 40% Pinot Noir

On the nose: Very refined and epicurean, its delicate aromas of honey , butter and praline merge with those of yellow fruit marmelade with hints of acacia flowers

Taste in mouth : Silky and generous, its white fruit and citrus aromas reach fulfillment in a beautiful freshness.

Food pairing: As an "apéritif" along with delicately flavored appetizers. Pairs well with lobster

Dishes: soft and full fish: grilled salmon
Lobster with mousseline sauce

Suggestion: recommended with goat cheese from Val de Loire

Emotional response: this wine combines seduction and gentleness
