On the nose : Its generous aromas of red fruit where raspberry and discreet cooked prunes dominate, resemble those of a fruit salad delish.

Taste in mouth: Fresh and supple, its raspberry aromas with hints of gooseberry awake the tastebuds with flavour.

Food pairing : As taking a walk bak from a promenade with a strawberry plant or a raspberry bush. Matches grilled meat( barbecue). Well pairs with non-marinated game (venison- wild boar) served with a smooth sauce prepared with gooseberry jelly and chocolate. And of course with "apéritif".

Emotional response:fanciful wine that expresses charm and volupty.
