50% Pinot Noir - 50% Chardonnay
Wine harvest blending : 2006-2007-2008
Elegant, delicate nose which develop aromas of white flowers of acacia, praline and white chocolate.
Mouth in text fine and light where aromas of citrus (orange and lemon) are blended.
A pretty brut with a nice tension.
To be savoured as an aperitif with small pieces of Parmesan (Italian cheese),
or accompanied with a tray of seafoods or a scallop carpaccio.
- The 2012 Challenge International Wine of Blaye-Bourg (Bordeaux) awards it a Gold Medal
• The 2011 Gilbert and Gaillard Wine Guide awarded it a mark of 16,80/20.
- The world contest of Bruxelles (2011) awards it a silver Medal.
