Elegant, delicate nose which develop aromas of white flowers of acacia, praline and white chocolate.
Mouth in text fine and light where aromas of citrus (orange and lemon) are blended.
A pretty brut with a nice tension.
To be savoured as an aperitif with small pieces of Parmesan (Italian cheese),
or accompanied with a tray of seafoods or a scallop carpaccio.
