After four generations of winemakers and know-how, Champagne Remy Massin et fils comes from grapes harvested in a vineyard that spans 20 hectares located on the sunny slopes of our small village in the Côte des Bar : VILLE SUR ARCE.
Thanks to technological developments, Sylvère MASSIN, students and refines its wines in vats that allow it to properly control the fermentation and especially keep the flavors well.
But for him, the quality of wine is generated first by the strictness in the selection of varieties and rootstocks, the farming methods of the vine and soil, the attention and care provided during the harvest and finally by subtle blend of wines that have been carefully selected.
