Expressive nose marrying the aromas of hawthorn flower and whrite fruits with brioche aromas and almond.

Ample mouth blending tastes of fresh fruit, white grapevine peach in a creamy and lovable texture.

This cuvee has a strong personality and can be appreciated as an aperitif with gougères (small salted buns with gruyere cheese or Emmental)
or with a roasted fowl and why not a cheese like Epoisse.

Typical nose dominated by dry fruits, fruits with pit.

Ample mouth favouring the vinosity.

It's a champagne balanced by its pleasant liveliness which brings out its mineral character.
